I mean, personally, I couldn't care less. Selebus has proved multiple times how idiotic his decisions can be to everything not story related, this is nothing new. I'm just seeing it as him taking yet another month off in 2025. Is this where my money should go? Certainly not. But why would he start caring about what subscribers want when everyone on discord is his yes-man to virtually anything? (cause otherwise they're banned).
Fucking sucks its non canon whatever it is he's doing, which is weirdly not explained in detail, is he just doing gravures or w/e the fuck they were called, are they anims, side stories?
As much as I want to interpet the "will there be a-" question as "will there be animations" it wouldnt surprise me if he meant "will there be any sex", which in non canon is fucking pointless, the stories that lead to those scenes are what makes them so good and if these are just off beat shitposts who the fuck really cares?
I'm not sure what to think about all this hence all the word vomit.
Non canon man, what a waste of time and right the middle of some really esential story arcs.

Those are different things. The Chika talk happened sooner than what he'd have liked. That's a sensible choice because events happened in such a way that it made sense for it to happen then rather than later. But it was always going to happen.

That's fair, but I would put some weight into the idea that the writer makes the character, but cannot always decide their actions.
A good character is one with definible traits, ideas, and goals. Making them act against this would hurt them badly.
But this is Lessons in Love, we have horrors beyond comprehension and magic mind control fuckery.
I'm sure he could think of something, it just might be unpleasant.

Well, since I wrote some stories, I can tell that, sometime, the end may change from what I had in mind at the beginning.
Of course, it depend of the story, and the length of it, but for me, it's something «normal».
Or, not that alarming...
I mean, for example, when I planed writing a short story (3 - 4 pages only), about how people lives with a post-war trauma, I finished with an entire story of 150 pages.

Not all of them are "Yumis" but there's a lot that would resemble the cute and rude girl that wanders around town aimlessly because... well, Russia has a lot of poor areas, and even in the big cities like Moscow some are of poor families and they inevitably get sucked into the life of a rascal, it's kind of a culture thing and I guess it got a bit romanticized.
Based on personal experience though, I used to go to an "Elite School" despite the fact that I wasn't from a rich family, I was relatively middle class so I ended being one of the poorest kids there, and in my case I had a lot of "Makotos", "Karins", "Ayanes" and even "Kirins" (yes... there were a few hoes and I remember one in particular who wouldn't leave me alone)
So I didn't really know anybody that was similiar to Yumi. The one and only girl I ever liked did resemble Rin a lot, sometimes it feels like they are the same person...
Long story short if you went to a normal Russian school chances are you would indeed find a few girls similiar to Yumi.

A month long care package from what I've seen, and it's going to become a yearly thing I think.
And if it is I'm not that against it honestly. I'm assuming this update is still happening on schedule, and I wasn't sitting here waiting for any upcoming chains in the way I was waiting for the 3 event long Uta and Yumi chains in the update where someone new should be making sexual progress due to everyone* not having had sexual progress yet.
Only upcoming stuff that's interesting me right now is the dorm wars because some catharsis causing thing might happen at the afterparty (like Noriko, Touka or Rin sex progress) and the Maya winter outfit shopping trip which might herald the return of the mall. Otherwise it's going to be a year long scenic grind, and the fest seems more interesting than everything but the next beach trip.
Only dangerous thing I can think that might happen is related to the DRM. Either new DRM, or people getting hit by it when the free DLC update comes from the website while the fest is active. I'd hope he does something about it, it's likely to hit people not on this website.
