I was a bit confused at first as well, but it's Niki in her lazy/comfy outfit that she wore for example during the event chain in which she helped Akira remember his childhood memories.
I remembered the outfit being grey but apparently it's more green. For me, the nail polish gave it away first though and the fact it's at Akira's house.

I didn't realise anyone wouldn't recognize it was Niki...

There are three primary flags you have to set in order to see the ‘green’ Tsukasa scene like you are:

1. Chose to see Chinami in the bath during “The Gap in the Door” way back in Chapter 2.
2. Chose Tsukasa instead of Chinami during the “Holden Caulfield” event.
3. With the above two flags set in motion, you unlock the prerequisites needed to see Tsukasa’s three character events from 0.38: “Vow of Silence (Pole Position)”, “Blood & Sunset”, and “Failsafe”.

Note how the last event is underlined. It’s that event in particular that, if seen, triggers the curious Tsukasa content in this update.

I could be wrong but don't you also need to trigger the Tsubasa sex scene to trigger Tsukasa to go to her room to clean it herself? That scene has lust requirements for Futaba and Molly and possibly Sara's bj with Tsubasa catching them.

But I didn't. I just skipped it, only stopping at some dialogues.
Sensei just turned into a brainless machine that walks and fucks everything that moves.

Don't get me wrong, I love porn games, otherwise I wouldn't be here. But why were millions of words of backstory necessary? For what? There was a story, character development, intrigue...

Sensei carefully protected Molly and Imani, and now he just fucks them in front of others / in a dirty bar toilet.
He broke Haruka's life - why? Just because he wanted to? He broke Io, knowing her attitude towards him and life.
Nodokaton, where the characters' behavior contradicts everything that came before. And so on.
The entirety of Chapter 4 is not just the opposite, but a contradiction to everything that was in Chapters 1-3.

Chapters 1-3 were great. The ending of Chapter 3 was just awesome (who would have thought I would cry over a porn game). That's where Selebus should have stopped.
Chapter 4 is a different game. A sequel. Unnecessary, boring and stupid, as sequels always are.

That's literally the point, he lost the one thing that he cared the most about, he's broken, he can barely stand to be alive and doesn't even know why he continues, he's lost the drive to better himself because of the things that have happened, the things that were done to him, and the things he was literally forced to do by powers above his control.

He has nothing left, no agency, he's just taking what he can before he's gone.

I'd also like to point out, he only breaks IO and Haruka if you choose to.

To add onto this some more, the path we're seeing is the downfall of a long planned arc, everyone is going to hurt a lot more before things get better, if they do.
This is a story of a horrid man, made so by a horrible woman, living in a horrid world.
I'm not justifying him, but this has been open information since day one.

There are quite a few games that are no longer promoted on the "latest updates' page, usually because the developer broke one or more forum rules, but not so severely that it warrants game deletion. Or in the case of this game, because the dev made it clear he WANTED game deletion, they're very specifically keeping the thread alive to spite him, but not promoting the game so that it doesn't draw subscribers to his account.
