You can turn down basically every adult, you can do abyss before Chika's onsen event to miss a Nodoka event, you can refuse to make a move on Sana during that event, you can miss a lot of happy events by just rushing the story as fast as possible.
You can choose not-Ayane for threesome. But the first red for me was 1st reset bc I didn't invest much time into the sports-girl and thus could visit her at the stadium. Also ctrl-skipped some bs in one of the last of the happies and something-needed-to-be-answered happened to be in that skip.
Also, an question.
What do you think the most important milestone event for plot for now? I mean, it's only before and after (sry for englsh), like for me it's Senseisson-san obtaining his name or Maya getting desintegrated or becoming one of them Moyos, who knows those pesky gods.
I guess that'd vary depending on your feelings on the characters/story. It's hard to weigh some major plot points more than others. Maya Prime's disintegration would be most people's answer, I'd imagine. Sensei getting his name back was emotional and a big moment but it was more pivotal for Sensei's development than for the actual plot I think.
For me I think the biggest milestone was probably Ayane making it to the roof the second time. It caused a big tonal shift, the realisation that other people could be added to the squad (even if Maya couldn't accept it initially) and Ayane's curiosity and drive gave them some purpose and direction in actually trying to figure things out a bit and add more people to the squad.
All the resets before that are pretty much just Sensei and Maya bickering and going with the flow.

This town has two halves. It made me stop playing the game for a few months.
This event comes after two disturbing looking event, which were warnings for people who didn't read the horror tag. My first impression was "it looks disturbing but not scary".
Then this happens. We see something that happens everywhere and everyday. No jumpscare, no spider or nightmare rooms. The MC is the cause of horror. Even though he did not want any of this.
I uninstalled the game and forgot about it. Then months later, i thought to myself. "What would i do, if some entity make me hurt people around me?". The answer i come up with was jumping off of a building.
If we keep it to single event it's gotta be the ending of CH3. purely based on the mood swing it creates. It's probably THE event people watch reactions of new players for.
You could probably get some debate going if you expand it to an entire event chain. I'd probably say Glasswalker then, even if other chains have moments I prefer more, they also tend to have filler that wastes it. Glasswalker tricks you into thinking you're dealing with a bitch and then just holds a feels drill into your gut for a solid 5-10 minutes. Even the new years date has a mostly high level of content that's ruined when we go looking at a shine we haven't seen before and then do nothing in because it's empty. It also ends on happy event BS which just causes the chain to end instead of an ending.

Oh man, there's a bunch of those. End of Ch3 is obvious and people have listed it already, so I'm gonna name the other one that is very significant in my opinion. One of my favorites so far is Neon Heart. Why?
Cause it's the first time blackout happens and Sensei is able to control it and not do anything. That was the first positive pivotal moment that made Chapter 2 and 3 have some sort of hope for the better.

Nope, Karin's just grandma and got spooked after he pinned her to the floor, so nothing actually happened. And he bolted outta there as soon as he regained control, so still counts in my book
Yeah I hate the fact you gotta do it for green route, but what sucks even more is the fact she might actually end up better from it despite how bad it feels having to go through with that choice. (at least from what I remember and have seen it seems like the right choice even if your hand is pretty forced) tier list wise I've basically got her at the top, and she will be if Selebus continues to do nothing with Rin. So I didn't like those events all that much, clearly. (But I can admit writing wise that "Komorebi" and "Stomachache" are great)
You've just reminded me of Tier lists.
I want to make two different ones this time, one for overall Best Girl (the usual) and the other one for how "Hot" the girl is, or basically how hard I would plap them and see if their hotness/cuteness correlates with how much I like them overall.
S - I absolutely love this character
A - I like this character so much
B - I like this character
C - I am indifferent
D - I don't like this character
F - I hate this character
Comparing both tier lists, it seems like their hotness do not seem to contribute that much towards how much I like them which is good I suppose, Ayane might be most surprising since I never thought about how much I like her but never cared that much about her looks specifically (even tho she is undeniable cute)
I don't know how many games I've played, and Lessons in love by far exceeds the amount of top tier characters I would "plap". Normally for me there would rarely be anyone in the PLAP PLAP PLAP tier, let alone the highest one, and somehow I've filled those tiers.
In your average game, from 30 characters I'd have maximum 2-3 in PLAP and the rest of them below, mostly between would and wouldn't touch. This definitely proves that the character designs here are absolutely top tier.
I'd like to see if other people also like their characters independent of how they look or not.
Why've you got Maya so low Best Girl wise? (I used to have her in S personally but we all know what happened with her) Not to mention just the general hate on Uta it seems.
