Much less interesting question: In "Our Time Atop This Mattress" you can apparently pick Chinami as an answer but I wasn't able to. What happens if you pick her though? I have to imagine Chika isn't pleased. I ended up picking Yumi assuming it would create the least amount of problems. That, uh, didn't work out.
You couldn't pick Chinami for the threesome because you refused to see her in the bath. Based on that you have a very red save file and depending on how invested you are in the game you'll probably replay it trying to get green path at some point in the future. When you do, definitely get the guide mod, consider the autovn mod, and if you're going to be careful get URM to see dialogue splits and edit variables.
For the record you were supposed to pick Ayane. Everyone else is not having sex with you at that point in the game.
Picking Chinami for the threesome didn't have results into 0.47.

She breaks down because she really loves Akira and was convinced he was cheating on her. The comedy is she caught him with one of the few girls he wasn't fucking yet.
Yes. The way the game works is that whenever you're presented a choice, only one of the options will net you more stuff.
Largely true. There's also a bunch of nothing choices that don't matter besides potential comedy like saying Touka is failing animal husbandry, small choices that keep being brought up as alt dialogue (Telling Kirin you're a hardcore brony is still being referenced as late as chapter 4) and at least one event where red path is picking certain options (killing Kirin is 2/6 of that FMK event, and is bad mmkay)
