Fantia and SubscribeStar I can understand why it broken. since their was a mass wave of people being blacklist/banned (yours truly) for every using a credit card on their platforms ever again. As for the DM importer being Broken, its no surprising their priority has been all over the place. I had been pressuring them to bring back Manuel uploads since that what really holding them down. The issue is the PSDs are Patreon exclusive rewards. He doesn't posted them within his Gumroad page. Which is why I hate this FOMO tactic that certain artists do.
