I actually had already tried this and it did not work, also tried locale emulator as well to see if that helped but nope. Deleted again and tried once more and still get same errors.

What Operating system are you using? Windows 10? If so go to Control Panel, Click Region, Go to the Administrative Tab, Change System Locale to Japanese, and check the Beta: Use unicode UTF 8

To start part two, go to your room. Click on the computer and enter the second room from the top right.

You will receive a text message from her telling you to go to her room.

i have no idea what could cause the problem.
the image missing error is written in html encoding.
habe you tried using a decoder and looking if you have the image. in www/img/pictures
on my copy everything is working fine

All images are there, so for example for that scene img starts with this one: MikitatieNinpu・ｧ1-1. Seems disconnect between game name and img name.

2. Meet in her apartment, it's the door next to your apartment.
3. You need to buy luxury banana juice from the shop in the hot springs area (north).
4. Take road north from Central area. The shop is in the top left.
5. Go back to Sayaka's apartment and talk to her again with the gift.
6. Pick up the green bottle at the entrance of Sayaka's apartment to get cat repellent. This is for Junko's route.

1. Central area gym is opened after having sex with Sayaka.
2. Go talk to trainer Junko on the second floor of the gym.
3. A wishlist on a gym computer lists a sports towel and training shoes.
4. Buy these items in stores, one is in the shopping district (east) and the other in hotel district (south).
5. The shopping district's store is blocked by a cat but you should have repellent to get through.
6. The store in the hotel district is located at the bottom right of the map. Buy cherry liquor here for Shizuka's route.
7. Return to Junko with the items and she will ask to meet you at your home.
8. Go back to your apartment and wait for Junko at your bed.

1. After having sex with Junko, talk to Shizuka outside your apartment.
2. Go to housing complex area (north) and go inside a building on the right side.

5. Go to her apartment again and she will be waiting there.

5. Go through the tree with herbicide and then go inside the manhole.
6. Make way through sewers, an item down by the ladder near the exit is a hot spring passport.
7. Go back to the hot spring area (north) and go right, talk to the guy blocking the entrance to a hut.
8. Get to the hut outdoor spring and talk to Yuka. She will be on the third floor in the hot spring inn.

1. After having sex with Yuka go back out into the hallway. There will be a sparkling item near a door.
2. Pick up the raw sex ticket item and go to the shopping street district (east).
3. Go into a building on the right side of the map called the married woman sex shop.

Protip for anyone wondering how to make money in this game. Just click on anything you can see on screen that takes up one square. Any single space tree, lamppost or stoplight, every section of fence, wardrobe, toilet, sink, whatever. There's typically up to five things on each new map screen that gives an amount of cash, in this game the majority were 500 but theres a few 1k and 5k. This money system is the same in a lot of japanese rpgmaker games like this.

once again the only solution i can think of is setting jap system locale. I just checked and both pics are there, The 7 is part of the html encoding. The "missing " pic in your post is also not sex 1-3. %EF%BC%A7 is html for G. Img/picture/MikitatieNinpuG 1-3 is also present.

Sorry but just tried with jap system locale add still getting that error

these images had ・､ in the file name but the code in the had G1-1
