They're officially a thing as early as Zombie Island (1998) so far off from the original iteration, but before What's New Scooby Doo which is generally well received unlike some of the Scooby dreck they've put up recently.

Then you'd have to say 13 Ghosts Shaggy is a "different guy" and that's just not true especially since Daphne was there and for the movie regarding it the rest of the gang is included.the werewolf is red shirt shaggy, a different guy. you can tell by his red shirt.

Denial ain't just a river in Egypt. If you're set in insisting that each change is a "different person" then Alien Invasion Shaggy isn't the original considering Shaggy was vegan when voiced by Casey Kasem and Alien Invasion was 2000, 31 years removed from it's original air date and 6 years after Kasem's death. The art styles between the original and the movie are different as well.
Curse of the 13th ghosts brings the ENTIRE gang together making 13 ghosts canon in Scooby-Doo Lore instead of a spin off.
That aside it's not like Shaggy's shirt is adhered to his skin he is capable of changing clothes and depending on the case he changed into costumes in the original 1969 run as well.
Then, like, explain this man.

If you're a real one you'd have the ending be one giant bamboozle and Red Herring wasn't behind it at all.

Separate the game in paths so one can play as fred (cuck pov), and others can play as red (netori pov). just a suggestion of course, but i think it would benefit the game and players more.
