I don't understand how a game can be NTR if you actually play all the characters and they got scenes

Yeah, I legit do not know why causes the saves to give issues. Maybe in future updates I'll let people skip to new content or something like that. Or maybe a password system like old NES games to restore your data lol

NTR is the over-arching name for the genre, including NTS and NTI (Netorase((When the guy is into having his lady stolen)) and Netori((The MC is the person doing the stealing)) ) so they are all NTR (Until this site gets a Netori tag or something).
The main thing that makes it NTR is that Fred and Daphne are in a relationship, and Red is coming in to steal her away.
Hope that helps, feel free to ask any questions about it and I'll try my best to explain.
I will say, originally the idea was to play as Fred and stumble into scenes going on. That mode is still planed, but it is much easier to build the game around Red, so I'm starting there.
Patreon bans that kind of thing. I have learned that Werewolf content is allowed, so maybe we could have Scooby get bit by a werewolf and turn into a man? I am personally against putting more friction between the player and sex scenes. One reviewer on this site gave us 1 star and said "It is like an old newgrounds game where you just have sex" and it is like... brother, how is that a 1 star? We are making a sex game, not a game with sex, ya know? If you want that, go play Witcher 3.

With Red: the "sex" option exists in menu but is commented out, so maybe it'll be in next versions?
With Fred: there is "sex" option but he's is just not able to penetrate due to premature ejaculation issues.
There's also a lot of other commented stuff in code like slut-talk and obedience training. Guess it's either for Patreon version only or for future releases.

I started a subscribestar at the start of development, but they have some weird tax stuff going on, so I decided not to use them. Patreon isn't that bad, since I never planned to put anything in game that was against ToS anyway.
I actually have a Mac version made (It is literally just an extra button click on RenPy) but I cannot test it, since I am not an apple shill.
Velma: Yes, almost exclusivity. Daphne: Not yet. This will be a big moment in game, so I keep putting off doing it. High anxiety lol.

Yeah, more like "Maybe" stuff. None of the stuff commented out is official or anything, I just would rather keep it in the code in case I decide to use it. Also... smh, looking at another man's code. The Gall.
I assume you are referring to the Plot2 set up, where Red tries to convince Velma to sleep with Fred so that Daphne will sleep with Red, but that is the end of that rope for now.
