Nope, that is the save code system. That just lets you keep your saves from one update to another, like an old NES game password.
That guy was saying that I couldn't make the patreon content uncrackable... but it should be impossible to access in this update.

Yeah, I think if you don't know how the patreon content worked in prior updates, you might not understand the issue.
No, setting patreon from 0 to 1 does not unlock the patreon content, that is just so shaggy doesn't ask you to input the patreon code anymore.
There should be a code in game that when you input it, it displays a patreon exclusive image and gives you a boost on a few things.

Did you watch the show? It is actually pretty good I thought, just a terrible Scooby Doo project. If they had made it like a new IP that was just a parody of Scooby Doo I think people would have been fine with it. But the way they went about it was stupid.

Yeah, if someone has a good guide on how to allow renpy to use new variables on old saves, I would take that and implement it, but every one I've found has been complex, so I have no idea.
I introduced the save code system here where now for future versions you no longer have to start all over.
Yeah, I mean I'm not sure any r-rated scooby doo thing would be good. Like... it doesn't really add anything to the concept if there are swears, nipples, and gore.

Dang, patreon updated my UI earlier and I guess there is now a difference between "Free members" and "Members" just updated it. Thanks for catching that!
