You mean something like The Sims conversions? That could work.
There are some games with brief skip scenes where they just describe what happened when there isn't anything interesting happening.
You see this in Raising Sims style games sometimes.

One Idea I had is to make an actual Procedural cutscene flashback. Since it's a visual medium and there can be parity between actions you can do and actions in the past we can show them based on a log of events.
You can character interpretations on what happened(telephone game) and emotional reactions for the events.
Yeah so basically you have something like this:

MC is having lunch with his friend. MC has his dialog bubble pop up and it shows an image of him working. His friend has his bubble pop up and it shows him watching a football game. Maybe they have a few more like that before they finish lunch and head their separate ways. So as the player continues the game and unlocks different scenes, each of those scenes might have a designated image that can be part of a flashback like that.

So next time he goes out to lunch it might show an image of him on a date with a girl. His buddy might have an image of him getting a lap dance at a strip club or something. So instead of writing new dialog for these repeating scenes, you get a dialog bubble with a flashback of random things they've been doing which expands as each new scene is unlocked.

My idea for a repeatable scene with dialog starts off normally with dialog playing out normally the first time where you're actually reading what the characters are saying to each other

This would basically simulate small talk for repeat scenes without having to either replay identical dialog or write a bunch of alternate dialog for the same scene.
That is an interesting solution, I like it a lot, in my game I just do both character do a brief introduction, like a "hey!" on both sides and the narrator takes over with a "And they talked about a load of bullshit."

But it could easily be expanded to the narrator procedurally generate themes for the conversations depending on different variables, like how corrupt the characters are for example. And the visual nature of your idea, with chat bubbles and little indicator etc is very sleek and cool.

I agree with what all yall are saying, but I think you are all focusing on visual novel like game mechanics. The same issues also arise from other mechanics. Such as, say making a diablo style game, which is what I want to make. in this case, choices come not in picking equipment or story options, but instead it is based on stats. say you have a speed and an attack per hit stat. these are two different factors that could influence your choice making (assuming you are ignoring general DPS). the more stats, the more game mechanics needed, the more items needed to make each mechanic feel well explore. just as you need each branching story well written to make it feel like there isn't just one true story.
could you tell more about your game?? I actually was thinking also on a diablo style game, altough I kinda decided that I would preefer a tactics RPG more like fallout 1 & 2 but Im still on the fence on that.

Also one thing that I wanna take on a game is character progression but sexually. This is something that barely ever gets explored and I feel should be a bigger part of the plots. My new life kinda does something like that, but its too simple I would like a more complex sex minigame with skills and stats.

Gonna revive the render times for a moment. I have a kinda crappy PC That can run FFXIV only at the lowest settings and even then sometimes struggles. But imported a daz character and rendered using eevee this is a 60 frame animation that took me 22 minutes to render.

Well As I stated "My new life" kinda does this the problem I see is that is only a trainer that adds stats. Instead I in my project wanna make some stats like resistance grindable, and others trainable with some experienced milf. there would also be drugs to reduce or augment statuses. Like viagra that would boos endurance for the player and aphrodisiacs tha would make girls cum faster.

And I have a lot of other Ideas but I'm not sure I wanna give my best plot points away.

Hard to explain, the sex scenes are mini games... kinda. But you can try several positions till you cum. Depending on your stats you can make the girls cum several times before you do. It kinda lacks depth but I believe its worth expanding. Even adding lose conditions where you don't manage to make the girl cum. One idea I had was adding a skill to stop right when the girl is about to cum to tese her and make her beg.
And integrate the whole curruption trope into all this. Like fuck her silly to get her hooked. There was this game (now abandoned) "Chains of Pleasure" where the character could fuck girl so good that they became junkie-like addicted to him. Or if you read the manwha Brawling-Go where the character has sex powers. You could integrate all that in a game.

Portals of Phereon has it as well a some slave/brothel trainers has it like Strive for Power I believe.
But there isn't any that remarkable from what I remember.

There may be a way to do it right but from all of the games I've tried so far that have minigames during a sex scene I absolutely hate it. Trying to watch a sex scene while clicking on a spinning disk or something is incredibly frustrating. Cockwork Industries is an example of a game where I thought the renders were incredible but after the first failed sex scene I gave up in frustration.

Maybe if there was no timed aspect it wouldn't bother me as much. I also don't mind if there is some sort of stat based system like "sexsperience" or something that determines how far you can go. But during a sex scene, I want to focus on the sex scene, not a minigame.

Another option would be to include a skip button while allowing anyone who wants to actually play the minigame to do so. I've found that even for a minigame I actually enjoy, after a few playthroughs I would usually rather just skip it.

Yeah I also think the same. When playing My new life: If you have max endurance the scenes sometimes can take ages you can make girl cum over 10 times before its done.

But I had tought a lot on this. And reached a conclusion; There should be a more complex minigame that would serve as a test/barrier to progress, and a more simple casual minigame for repeatable scenes.
For example when you are trying to learn a skill you would have a rythm game kind of minigame that you need to pass, this would unlock a new skill or a new position.
As for the regular minigame I was thinking more in the likes of reallusion games where you have a sex scene and buttons that let you control what you do. So you're not actively trying to pay attention to the systems, insted you're free to IDK... Use the lick nipple skill or the spank skill. Also there should be a button to end things so it doesn't become tedious like my new life's.
