Non Monstrum (only lesbian, the game is grindy and the quest log is really buggy though)
The Coceter Chronicles (abandoned)

Also look at these games, although a few may be mistagged or such. I don't recall Desert Stalker having a female protagonist who could amass a harem and I would call C.L.I.T.'s premiss polyamory and not a harem.
