It seems like the shared android version is not complete. Even if you inspect the element inside the archive, it is missing classes.dex file which is necessary for an apk, so there is no way to fix the android version.
For the windows version, it is bugged that way from the developer side. The only fixed resolution version is the android one, but what is shared here is incomplete/corrupt.

It's unfortunate about the android version. Luckily, I finally figure out how to fix the annoying problem with the Windows version.

To you guys out there that has problems with your windows, basically you need to set your game to windowed, then set the resolution based on your screen. THEN you need to set the border manually with your mouse and make it shorter horizontally + make it longer vertically. Like playing on your phone, but on your PC screen.

There's no guide for this game. But it shouldn't be after all, the game is really short. You just need to pick ones that you haven't picked yet in your previous run. That's all.
