Possibly not, because I think people only look at dlsite for updates

From the looks of the ci-en updates, and from reading said update titles. The circle seems to be working on a DLC expansion for the game.
Something to look forward too for those who enjoyed this game and want more.

It appears the they'll be releasing the game in English, along with a few other languages, on November 8th, though I don't know if there will be a delay for the DLC, or if this means the DLC will come with an English version simultaneously, but at least having the base game in English will make translating the DLC easier if not for anyone that plans to try.
