I'm starting my work on the translation. The estimated waiting time is 1-3 weeks.

What a remarkable timing! 
Announcing the Kagura patch just a day after I started working on the translation.
Well...
The situation is that the game has been fully translated. It is playable (I've only tested the good ending). It hasn't been fully tested though. There are a few minor issues, like untranslated common enemy HP bar names. I don't see much point in continuing to polish the translation and fix these minor issues now.
Now, to the important question. Should I upload the existing translation (which hasn't been fully tested) to 95 or just forget about it?

I'd say to upload it, but if there's bugs, other users may bug you about it even if you add not gonna update this into the post, so its ultimately your choice.
As others have said, kagura does take a while to publish their translations (i recall that the translation for the imouto life took them like... around half a year or so?), so i think you could publish itWhat a remarkable timing!

Alright, here's the
I must warn you: some parts of the translation are untested, and others haven’t been properly edited (this applies most notably to the protagonist’s status menu).
If the current translation doesn’t meet your expectations, please wait for Kagura’s release and avoid souring your own experience.
I have no plans to continue working on this translation, as once the official version is out, my version will essentially become redundant.
That said, if you encounter critical bugs that prevent you from finishing the game, report them here. I’ll try to find time to patch critical issues (if any arise).
If no critical bug reports come in by the end of the week, I’ll upload the translation as a standalone post.

Many thanks. One question, what version of the game did you use? I remember the dev kept releasing bugfixes.
