Doubt you can buy them anywhere, but you can get them for free by whoring yourself out in Residential Area house 3-3. Though I think you had to talk to the guy in the prison cell first before you can get there.
A lesson this dev desperately needs to learn is not to make their maps really unnecessarily huge for no fucking reason. Absolute chore.
Been enjoying this so far (granted not that deep in but the number of routes has been fun)
just curiose what routes focus on scat content so I can avoid them, I know I can turn the scenes off (something I appreciate greatly) but would also like to just not waste my time going down those pathes

You don't really need one. Just go to the recollection room (the building next to the church) and the unlocked scenes will literally tell you what you have to do. I almost finished the game and It is really not worthy losing your time with this. I suggest you to download the save scenes Illidan 10000 made and posted in this thread.
Oh... is it that bad? Is it because it is too linear story-wise or the combat is dog water?
There is no combat. You just spam space and pop potions, unless you decide to lose on purpose to see a scene. Speaking of scenes, they are the best this game has to offer, but that also depnds on your fetishes. The story is, questionable, but for a "defeated and abused heroine" is below average, I guess.

Quick review here before you download:
Pretty good art all around and scenes, one of these "hack n' slash" type gameplays but quite simplified.
Still one of the complains it's that the game has too much nothing filler in there, a million houses and unnecessary big town with nothing in it. Plus a mechanic like "heat" not explained in any form, that being the only way to get scenes in town.

i thought when i start played this im going to have fun with items or gold...i cant even change equipment, and the drugs that made you horny is usable once, thankfully i can edit the item.json and made that drugs usable...but thats it, for the story...horrible, i thought i can avoid corruption, but the only way the story can progress is by corrupting the protag...well id give this 4/10, decent fap material

you were playing a version of the game that has never been bugfixed the official english release is from dlsite and they have not touched it since the initial release unlike the jp version that has a ton of bug fixes wait for the steam/kagura games release it will probably have all the bugfixes that the jp version has.
so just like aurelia they complete the story first, and made future update just for bug fix?

alot of dev complete the game first, but in this case i think they just didnt update the english version because they already planned to to use kagura and steam to publish the English version
edit: dlsite after all is a major Japanese platform for publishing jp games its not until recently they created a English version of the site so they dont reach alot of english costumers there
