The two games aren't really similar anymore. In Reya, you have multiple jobs and can decide at any time what you want to do during the day; here, you have the same disappointing routine every day.
In Reya, you can decide at any time what, with whom, and how far. Here, there's blackmail from the "landlord", blackmail from the boss, and blackmail on the internet.
In Reya, there are a lot of different characters and a lot of different interactions. Here, there's Kev (which is okay) and otherwise just ugly bastards. And sorry, the licking from those filthy, smelly creatures is just disgusting.
While I agree the licking is unneeded (eww), Innocent Waitress scores over Reya in my opinion in that Waitress has progression, while Reya has scene unlocking.
Both have house cleaning as a job, but once Reya has finished unlocking all scenes at the mansion there is no reason to ever go back.
Innocent Waitress has everyone blackmailing Angel, therefore she needs money, therefore cleaning is required. It's early days yet, but I'm hoping for a Steps of Debauchery progression (especially if it includes a yummy maid outfit).
Reya has chikan, but it's just [yes]/[no], and once you see the last scene, there's no need to experience it again, and it doesn't affect anything else Reya does. Even the outfit she wears doesn't change what happens with the chikan.
Waitress is starting to implement a combat system with its chikan, which will affect the Stress, Energy, and Pleasure stats, which will directly affect how well she does the bar job directly after.
Both have a job at the bar, but the people at Reya's table 1 will only try to grope her butt, which Reya can say [yes]/[no] to. The guy at table 5 will always reach between her legs, which Reya can say [yes]/[no] to. The result of saying [yes] is one repeatable scene, and then you never need to bother with that table ever again. What happens at table 1 has no effect on what happens at table 5.
In Waitress, each table has a chance to molest, spank, strip, or invite Angel to do something, so what happens at table 1 will definitely affect what happens at table 5. If she gets drunk at table 1, she is still drunk when she reaches table 5. The more she allows things to happen, the more likely the customers will try to escalate things.
"Great, I maxed out the Love stat with that female character! Now to never talk to her again!"
