So, I see a lot of hype surrounding this game, a lot of ‘love’ being spread. There’s a ton of words flying around ‘charm', ‘potential', and so on. But the game isn’t even fully released yet, it’s still in a pre-pre-pre-alpha stage, and people are already talking about 'exciting' weekly devlogs that are always exciting? Perhaps it’s me getting cynical with age, but doesn’t this sound like every other hentai dev out there? Feels like the dev’s trying to sell half-baked pizzas from Spain.

Guess I’ll just keep a hentai dev bingo card on hand, just in case.

I get it, but imo this is really just a result of the crowdfunding model, so it's unfair to be too harsh on devs (unless they actually prove themselves as deceptive). Once upon a time the only way to get an indie-game funded was to put together a demo like this and go sell yourself to venture capital. That means the dev team had to hype themselves up, outline what they plan the final game to be and how awesome they think it will be, so they can convince some investors with money to fund the development on the hope of a big financial return. The flipside of this was players didn't get exposed to the hyping, networking, and selling the devs were having to do until the game was starting to prepare for a completed release (maybe you have a demo released to the public a year earlier as part of that).

(Obviously, fat chance trying to get adult games like this funded by VC and so they basically didn't used to exist except as small flash games that are possible to develop and get out the door as a hobby project, etc).

Now we have the crowdfunding model, and so instead of marketing to a few VCs behind closed doors, the devs have to sell themselves to the playerbase from the very beginning of development. So we players now see how the sausage gets made so to speak in terms of drumming up hype for funding from the beginning of a project (instead of sales at the end of a project) and because of that we also see in full view all the projects that fail or get abandoned. That can understandably lead to jadedness and cynicism amongst players. And it is always good to be suspicious or cautious of promises and hype. But important to keep in mind that devs are (most of the time) just doing what they have to do to get funding for their game, and many would find it pretty unpleasant themselves to have to make a bunch of promises and lock in expectations they can never be 100% sure they'll be able to meet.

(Also part of the reason this game's 0.1.0 is getting so much hype is because there's quite a bit of content already for a very first release whereas many initial releases are basically tech demos, so that's also creating higher than usual confidence amongst people).

Hey everyone! Not sure if we ever promised a weekly devlog, but anyway, if we were to share one this Saturday, it would only have one picture and pure code, as this week was mostly about testing balance and gameplay—lots of changes and adjustments. Not exactly an exciting devlog to share.

We’ve been there too. We were and still are players waiting for updates, just like you are waiting for us. We want to keep things honest and straightforward, so we won’t make up excuses. As mentioned before, after this update (which we hope to release this month), we’ll take two weeks off. After that, we’ll get back to a more regular pace, like we’ve been doing since our vacation ended. As you can imagine, we’re both adults over 30, with families and responsibilities to take care of (I personally have family to care for too). So, we do have real-life jobs and tasks to manage.

That said, we’ll continue updating the Discord and devlog as quickly as we can, and we’ll launch the next update as soon as possible. Thanks for all your support and love! Even though some say it "hurts" the project, it’s actually doing the opposite. It’s motivating us to work harder. We don’t want to disappoint, and we definitely don’t want to fail you. Our goal is to give you—and us—a great game experience. And we hope other games like this one get updated soon too! (You know who we mean!).

I wonder is there any way to lower the exhibitionism like the other state or it can only goes up? Since I boost it up to 100 just to see angel sleep in naked but find out it is not in this release yet, I am afraid she will make some choices automatically in the future due to this state if I am still playing this save and I need to replay a new save in order to prevent it.
Moreover, is there any content about moving to brother's room or some action other than dad's hug if we don't pay the rent in this update? Will we able to choose which room(brother/dad's) we want to stay in the future or we can only choose to sleep with the fat brother?
I think it is better to add some reminder that tell us this is the end of this update and no more new scenes if we already saw all of them, because in my current playthrough I already see some insert dream line that clearly have some scenes not implant yet. By reading developer post once angel pass her limit she cannot go back, which means we won't able to see that dream scene again even if it is incest in the future update, as currently we won't have a gallery I don't think I will replay again just to see that scene.(Speaking of gallery, will this game have a gallery in the future update?)
The best scene I like in this game is how the brother takes action when angel is sleeping, but since the developer said it will be a slow burn plot, having some penetration during sleep seems impossible even if angel is sleeping in naked in the upcoming updates.
By the way, will the story only involve angel or her friend will also join the plot? We already see her telling angel the work of posting photo online, will she involve in more scenes like telling more jobs to her and corrupt her? Maybe when there is more job we can finally use the exit to go to different places not only just home and bar(even the bar and home scene is great, I still think the college life need to describe more, more scene between teachers and students are also needed)?

For example, he can stumble upon her on the train semi-naked getting groped, or in the bar serving drinks while she's exposed, or perhaps she's just sleeping naked, and he walks in for something.

He ‘punishes’ her, and her stats decrease to a certain extent. It starts with a warning, to scolding, all the way to a proper punishment where she's grounded which heavily decreases her stats and lowers her reputation, exhibitionism, and undoes the dreams where she allows certain things to happen to her.

Angel is grounded for a period ranging from a day, all the way to a week, her freedom and movement is heavily restricted. She can't work, cannot use the computer, just the college and back home. She's forced to do the cleaning chores and cook for everybody. As you can imagine, being grounded for a week means she cannot earn anything and cannot pay rent. Consequences.

This would be majorly helpful for the pure route, so even if she temporarily gives in to temptation, this mechanic can restore the stats and make Angel pure again. For the corrupt route, there could be a lore reason that: "It's Monday, I have to be extra careful today as landlord is not at home. I don't want him to catch me in an embarrassing situation." so the player is warned beforehand, and he can avoid getting caught on Mondays.

-As for the gallery, we may consider adding one in the future, but we’re still figuring out how it will work. Some events depend on conditions and the player's choices from previous events, so we need to account for that. We’re still deciding on how to introduce the gallery. Perhaps a photo/video gallery, but we believe most players aren't here just for video loops—they’re looking for a branching series of events that lead up to a video loop.

The game hasn't even been out for a month and is only the first release, and already has over 52 (almost exclusively positive) reviews.
With all due respect to the developer's hard work, and yes, I know tastes differ, but imho this isn't the game of the century.
The storytelling is relatively simple, the renders are OK, but nothing more.
I like the style, but it's nothing that hasn't been seen in dozens of other games.

So how is it that games that have been on the market for years, some with the highest ratings, and with significantly more sophisticated graphics and storytelling, don't have nearly as many reviews as this one?

It's a complete mystery to me.

Sleep sex won't be a thing because the dev wants everything to be consensual, which is a shame. Whenever it happens though, it is likely that Angel will be awake but pretends to be asleep and allow it to happen, thus passing consent... or she wakes up and has fun with Kev.

The best part I like in this update is the sleep sex scene where kev having control of angel and play with her body without she knowing it, it will be much more less exciting if she wake up or know someone is doing something to her.
Maybe frisson stuido can learn from the game" friend in need" for an example? The developer of that game make that game with two different versions, the one in patreon have censored contents(friend indeed) and the one in itch/subscribestar have non censored content(friend in need), it can prevent the game page getting banned but also keeping the juice for the game. We all know how fuck up patreon can be, having a second base is always a better choice, who knows when will be the page getting banned by some crazy rules in the future.

You can always pretend she’s not talking or even not awake... As developers, we can’t provide patches or content that goes against Patreon’s policies, even outside of Patreon.
