Granted I don't know how you feel about the rest of the update but I certainly agree with you on the new bartender mini-game and I consider that the best part of the update. Much more focus should have been put on the main thing which in my view is being the waitress. Very weak almost nothing on making that better.

I like the bartender minigame for getting your ass rubbed and spanked, but thats about it, compared to the waitressing minigame its practically impossible to find a single point where you can wait/break for energy because the moment you finish serving someone, another one 2 minutes in takes their place.

I can just see so many great things happening in that minigame. Since it was just introduced I won't be too harsh on it, but it certainly needs some tweaks to its mechanics. However... I don't think bartenders really get much of a break during their job, and considering probably every guy in town wants to go grope Angel, the place is likely full all the time lol so it kind of makes sense that way.
I really do hope the devs don't branch too hard with minigames because then they will all suffer from very little content and lacking mechanics in each update. I think the ones we have right now should be given some attention before adding another batch. However, I do like the idea of having multiple minigames for events and jobs like these with their own batch of events and escalations.

How does the dev think Darts is supposed to go?
Because to me (as a player) the dot is in like 7 places per second and there is nothing but random chance as to when I click.
Yet, if I refuse to play, the game says "Really? It's not hard" or something like that and won't progress until I click play.
It's a minor annoyance (click randomly, lose, get told to get better, move on), but GTA IV's dart game was 1000x less annoying... even with the inevitable, "Hey Cousin! It's your cousin! Want to play darts?" resurfacing in my brain from time to time.
ETA. Apparently it's just me.

What do you mean? The indicator goes back and forth and you click when it's on the highlighted area. If it's exactly on the middle you get more points, it's not random at all, and the area is always in the same place... unless somehow your game broke?

You were told not to steal a version with bugs. wait for it to be fixed. and wait for the hero again. wait for a free one with bug fixes. or wait ~ 6 months and there will be a new version (5, 6 or 7), the old bugs will be fixed there. but steal only when the new bugs will be fixed.
Prior to the last two updates. The first game version. Presently it got changed into a minigame. A minigame she can cum x3 times in. A mini game the molester doesn't cum before she does, that's two times prior. Playing it very difficult can she cum x3 times, and the molester none. These one-liner dialogues are somewhat ambiguous, though, making it difficult to fully gauge what's happening within the scene, and since we don't see her pussy from our viewpoint, it's entirely left to your imagination.
We should appreciate that they tried something new, as that quality is rare these days, and I suppose they wanted to experiment with the bartending minigame first to see how well it was received by the players. The problem is that they didn't flesh out the H-content enough for whatever reason, so the reviews are mixed, but I still think it has potential to be good.
Unlike bartending, the darts minigame is well-received because there are already some good H-scenes in there.
Another aspect I noticed is that Angel is mostly static and standing there like a mannequin. She barely reacts to any stimulation, and even her facial expressions remain unchanged. Frisson uses cutouts for actions like washing or serving, which doesn't help sell the experience. Also, because of the camera angle, a lot of it is left to our imagination, so this minigame really needs full renders at certain points and some movement. Perhaps the intruder turns her around, and stuff happens like in the Subway; when she's too drunk, she falls on the floor, where the intruder escalates; and not serving drinks to the drunks could lead to real aggression.
I assume you cheated (used Universal Ren'Py Mod) as you have exhibitionism 730, on DAY 38. With regular playing, you could not get exhibitionism 400 on day 48.
Did you try increasing exhibitionism to 1,000 or was it 10,000, when Angela starts working naked at the bar?
The problem with the new scene at the bar is that it doesn't make enough money. During Tuesdays and Thursdays (when the new scene is at the bar), Angela barely makes a third of what she makes on other days.
