Somebody else who doesn't pay attention to the story. It's hot outside and she only has a broken/crappy AC in her room. The sleep scene also shows you how sweaty she is. It makes absolute sense that she wants to take a shower in the morning if she doesn't want to go to college or work smelling like a buffalo.
Giving the option makes way more sense, you can skip college after all why can't you skip the shower in the morning? Also on the weekend I always skip the beach, why do you need to take a shower in the morning if you aren't going anywhere. Who isn't paying attention to the story?
She is always complaining about smelly or nasty people like her room mate Willy (I think that is his name). Not taking a shower in the morning and staying soaked in sweat would go completely against her character. It could become a thing if she becomes more corrupted and nasty in later game versions but at the moment she still has standards.
I understand what you are saying and I agree that she would almost certainly want to take a shower in the morning but what I was saying is that if we have choices for most everything else that should be a choice as well.

She tries to explain to herself that she is only doing it because she desperately needs the money. It's the corruption that is slowly getting to her. I think it is a good time to start now. If you have the willpower to wait, I would suggest waiting until the game has even more content, since most of us dislike unfinished content. The game is playable, even if some people say it is full of bugs, which is not true. Of course, some bugs exist, and we always try to fix them as soon as we can.
Cheats can shape your experience, for better or worse, depending on how you use them.
You get extra skill points, which makes the game easier since you can unlock all skills from day one.
You get extra money, so you can buy luxury items, rest better, get stolen from less, and make more money.
You can also tweak some gains. If you want to progress faster, you can increase exhibition or arousal gains, and if you want it slower, you can reduce them.
The next update, 0.5, will likely include HJs, BJs, and more, so that could also be a good version to start with.

The only days you cannot skip it are the first ones, to show the shower event. After that, you can press the wait button and skip the shower.

my head hurts, you do realize I was responding to someone else talking about being forced to take a shower in the morning. It would really be nice if your going to attack my post that you read the post I was responding too and understand that I was saying I would much rather have the choice then be forced. Maybe my post could have been more clear but I find it pretty funny that everything I post something even slightly negative about the game people crawl all over the inside of my ass.
