For the brothel ending (not picking up the knife), it would be nice to just have an infinite loop of waking up and working with said clients (basically like the bug where we would be stuck in a loop in the basement)

You can earn at the bar at the hotel by flirting...
If you really want to cheat you can gamble at the nightclub and replay your hand if you lose, just save before.
Injection maybe treatment for sex addiction at the hospital, don't know that as just play through it.
