I checked it and it works fine. The answers you give him aren't the obvious ones though plus you need to have the discussion with Bibi before it'll work.
You'll get the below options when you've activated it and your stats are where they need to be.

With Raul, you said to reject him then go back. Do you mean go but don't dance or dance then say you don't want to work at the club and return later?
The reason I ask is if Lizzy visits Raul Friday night/Saturday morning and she either decides not to dance or dances then declines the next day when Raul is there there is a message showing:
You already visited Raul and he is not allowing you to see him again so soon.
So chose to dance then decline. Then there's the above message and after that no more Raul?
Thinking about it maybe it's because she visited Raul but was told she wasn't good enough so she improved her skills and returned. Therefore this is her 2nd visit so if she declines she'd have to go back a 3rd time? If that's the reason, maybe allow for this in the code as I'd guess that happens in most cases, especially for new players.
Anyway not a problem as just accepted the offer to move it along. I know it worked previously but maybe because it was on her 2nd visit...

A flyer should appear in the entrance area or it can be handed to you in the street. I think you also have a small random chance to meet James (the bouncer) at the beach. You'll need to wear a dress and heals and have makeup on. There's also a level of fitness required but I can't remember what it is although it's fairly low.

No worries as was only testing it, issue was the 1st time she wasn't good enough so she went away and learnt then returned for the 2nd visit so it didn't work as if she then declines she'd need to return a 3rd time which isn't allowed.
Guess what I'm suggesting is that to activate the possible Raul event the 1st visit for this is where she's good enough so ignore any where he tells her to go and learn at the studio.
Event Ideas:
-Drunk at club, someone drags you into bathroom and you give them a bj, they record it and blackmail you in the future.maybe also at bar. maybe shower in the morning? add male roommate? blackmail when someone records you at glory hole?
- add an optional M2F element at start?magical/instant. probably too much work tho, lots of text.
-add mind control/hypnosis of some kind, therapist you can go to that will raise mood but he with hypnotize and use you?
- add breast expansion? maybe could be linked to therapist route?
-add waitress content? job? you are a waitress and you can get groped, offered drinks, could be offered different uniforms as the job progresses, take after the game "corruption town" you are at a run down bar that is down on its luck and youre hired to make it more popular? and you get corrupted to get more tips?(replace current bar with this idea?)(this would be amazing)
-become a bartender? same idea as previous kinda, accept drinks ect.
-loan shark makes you pay back stuff by being employed as a dancer at club to pay off debt?
- events at the church, become a nun, take confessions (glory hole), molestation by priest ect.
- aphrodisiac drug sex when not corrupted to have sex you will regret later.
- more shower events
-more henry events
- pregnancy
- emphasis on losing virginity?

in order to keep beauty/looks forever, Open the html with notepad, i change the natural beauty trait. just look for "StartB" and find number 3 next to it. there are two. the actual variable and display text. change these two.

Yep it's still there. You can find it in the Beach folder in the game or it's a random event at the beach.
i can't find madiba. i've reloaded a save so many times doing both full bikini sleep/walk and topless sleep/walk and i have yet to find him. is there something im missing?

Ah OK, in which case I've no idea, that'd be 1 for the developer to answer if he can remember where he found the clip.
