Rarely i play something with a female mc, this is one of a few that i'm playing so i don't know, but for this game given Elza's personality(shy, sweet, innocent) and her friends personalities(one sometimes works as a prostitute and the other one is getting involved with a drug lord), this may change in future updates.

Since Rio is a huge city, there are a ton things to explore, it's pretty much easy to find swing houses, easy to find brothels of all types, even the carnival when people goes sexually wild will probably be explored in this game.

Your game is fine as it is. There are very few games of this type where the FMC doesn't have the shy, chaste personalities. Most behave like cumsluts. So your game is a serious fresh breathe here, for me at least.
