Trynna understand what's going on here; saw multiple mentions of an "incest patch"(an empty file in the configs that you can make yourself), is it something you only need for the Patreon version or do you need it for the steam version as well?

That only worked for the original game, it flagged the incest dialogue that was already there.
Dev retconned the incest out completely in the rework, for some insane reason, so a working Ipatch will have to edit a bunch of stuff, basically starting from scratch.

Thanks for the answer. Yes, I know that a second season is PLANNED, I understand the developer - he is working, it just seems to me that if he WANTED a second season, he would not have made the ending of the first season so finished. But he who pays the piper gets to dance
. Maybe I am wrong, and the developer is dreaming of starting the second season . Thanks again for the answer and your wonderful work.

Sorry for the off-topic, but recently I can't open the cover images from the header on my PC (I always download the covers and the archives to know what game it is), and renaming these supposedly PNG to WEBP doesn't help.

The story in the version I played—the Patreon one—is a mess. It’s clearly missing pieces, and many plot points are just forgotten. The school is abandoned, and several other characters too.
I was hoping this would be fixed in the Steam version, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
I hope season 2 is better, but not having the real Charlotte anymore is awful.
