In the steam version it is under settings > Gameplay settings > Name Save files on/offI might be retarded but thought for sure there was a custom save name ability before? Anyways seems to be gone now so I just added it for myself cause when paths splits and I dont play for ages and come back I foget wtf i was doing.

There is no actual new content compared to v0.11.0, but the game has had a massive overhaul, now has a built in WT, new gui, sound effects, and many more changes.
