I have the same query. I tried this a few times. last time probably a little over a year ago, kept having to restart, was pretty buggy and not much content.

press the time of day thing at the top so it goes late night. the wording is inconsistent.
supermarket = grocery store (be outside the store not inside)
night = late night

Those asking for old saves. Lily's entire story line has been redone, so I'd recommend that you start over and just do her quest line by itself. No other quests need to be completed as a prerequisite. Bulldoze through a few days Maxing all your stats and then just do her quest outright.
***Also be warned!*** The new H-Scenes are not in the Gallery section yet. So in order to see them again you'll have to go through the quest line another time. There is one scene with lily that will freeze, you'll get the jist of it before it freezes so just press Tab and it will skip passed the rest. Save often!

It seems odd, I unlocked the gallery and it still not updated in the gallery. Imagine playing all over again just to know what is new.
Does anyone have a full gallery save for the previous versions
It's mentioned earlier but you have to hit Tab to skip the scene at the moment. And there is multiple scenes where this is an issue.
