Hi, first of all, thanks for the iPatch. But strangely, if I set the landlady as Mother or Mom, the MC still calls her by her name.
I set the relationship like this:

Where I'm a little confused is about Tara and Lily. Because with Tara it says older roomate and little Rommate. So I was wondering if I should put older sister and little brother with her. Same thing with Lily, except here it says younger rommate and big rommate. So I was wondering if younger sister and big brother should go here too.

Afther i try to rename the MC name. And there work. But as I was saying, with the landlady he keeps calling her Janice instead of Mom. I am missing something? Do i need to rename in a different way?

The patch just replaces the values in a file that the game references. If the game does not reference the file, you will get the default values. Try resetting the names in that screen back to their default. This screen is buggy since release, that's why the incest patch exists. You can also try to remove the incest patch again and see if this screen works.

This is not a fix, but you can skip this event by editing the save file (and probably the galary file located in the same save folder).
You should replace this value 'Tara_Story="tara/20-1" by this 'Tara_Story="tara/21-0". (This event is actually a cunnilingus scene).
Save folder location: C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\Local\lifeinwoodchester
