Get close to one of the female NPCs and you can send them to the circle. There you can grab a guy and bring him to them, were you'll be paid once a day.
I think you have to had bought their entire stock (ex: buying all clothes) to be able to send a female NPC.

When you unlock the succubus you can send female NPCs there (if you get close to them it will tell you to press V) and you can make them fuck with male NPCs if you go to the circle with them.
To unlock the female NPCs you have to either buy all their stock (buying all clothes, max bed upgrade, paying your debt, buying the key, changing your appearance (eyes color, hairstyle , hair color) and training (i don't know how many times you have to train).
After controlling all female NPCs you can do the same with the succubus (or maybe you just need to unlock them all).

The store furthest to the right is the clothing store, you can also edit your character appearance there.

For the "save game pls" gang. money cheat with almost all clothes unlocked and some stats
It has nothing to do with zip, rar or 7z. Something inside the files tries to override your console (cmd) rights to above admins to make changes on your pc. It's not necessarily malicious on it own, but rises a flag for defender as it uses similar code to one of viruses that is persistent and very hard to remove because of thing I've mentioned above. Said virus spreads itself across multiple places in your system, changes things around to the point that clean reinstall would be recommended (it will try to restore itself from scratch).
Said virus is most likely not included in the game, some files just share similar code and behavior to one. It would be clear that you got actually infected if notification would return again and again (on certain timer, seconds to few minutes). But you're never sure with those things.
Yeah, it's just a case of a loanword taking on a different meaning. There are actually lots of english loan words that would need to be adjusted to make sense coming back to english.
