No. There are altered images around that move the fingering down, they seem a bit misaligned now though.

Except first several tutorial days still there's kind of progression depending on Sylvie's affection to mc tho, more then sex scenes but like dialogue and event variations and i wonder how long it goes in that uptade?

No unfortunately.
Unfortunately again there's absolutely no schedule. Look back here for a link to what I think is the latest tweet about the game, but it's just a possible change to the UI.
All the current event variations are shown in the memory menu, the translated guide version linked before.

It's the scene from the roleplay mod, dress Sylvie in just her old rags and you should get the roleplay option appear at night time (see page two here).

Download links are in the opening post. Top one is just the raw game, so it's still in Japanese. Under that is the game with the modded transfix patch already installed, so that one is translated partially uncensored and with some fan mods.
There's no newer version. The Android port just got updated, but it was to bring it up to date with the PC version that been out for a while.
To find the night shop you need Sylvie's lust to be about one hundred and twenty, and the clock to...
