Are there any more games like this (point and click sex scenes, like Kaiji Princess) but heavy VN and sim/sandbox vibes (like Love & Sex Second Base)? Looking for a game like this, but one that checks all boxes... sex interaction, story, and resource management.
I never played that Second Base game, but there are several other games like this, with different levels of "VN" and "sandbox".
Runaway Girl and Me would probably be the closest to a 50-50 mix, the variety in the interactive sex portion of this game is pretty impressive and the story is wholesome and enjoyable. Resource management mostly revolving around earning money but it ties nicely with the other aspects.
There's also a
sequel to Kaiju Princess which I haven't played yet, but it might be worth checking out if you liked the original.

Some other favorites of mine that may or may not be included in the links above are:
1room - more sandbox than VN, there's some story until you unlock endless mode, after that its mostly unlocking more positions and such. It would be nice if they kept updating it, but it seems the devs are focusing more on their new game listed below. Resource management in the form of stamina (which is also kind of a happiness/depression meter) and in the early game earning money to support living as a couple can be challenging, but eventually it becomes a non-issue.
Bottle Biosphere - more VN than sandbox, very wholesome and heartwarming story, I find the graphics charming but others might describe it as rough around the edges. The job system is interesting in a first playthru, if you want it to be interesting don't read the thread too much, there are guides there on how to get the most optimal work as quickly as possible and whatnot.
Fallen: Brand New World - from the same dev as 1room,
VERY inspired by Teaching Feeling, but with an older, less damaged heroine and the 'running a store' part is a bit more involved in terms of gameplay. Not difficult but pretty in depth if you want to fully optimize it, which is VERY optional.
Living Together - (from picopico soft) more sandbox than VN, narrative happens mostly in self-contained event scenes on specific days or semi-randomly when going with the girl to specific places, some are H, some are not, some it depends on your responses during the event. There's a different one called Living Together in this genre that I haven't played, apparently. Infinite money, but stamina management is very important since, unlike most games of this type, you have a steady, non-optional full time job.
