Thanks mate. Had the same issue as Mr. Bore and the others a few months ago, and gave up on fixing it after several attempts with different patch files.
On that note, I don't know what's the point of having a pre-patched package on the first post if it's not kept up-to-date.
I knew of this game but I never played it nor was I planning to but now here I am.

I have a question, how to open hospital in the game, I was clicking on everything but I couldn't find the way to unlock it and see a few scenes :]

Does anybody have a copy of the game that works, I installed the latest version of the game but the files are corrupted and I installed 3.0.22 but that gets stuck loading the transcript then never starts
since you are such a nice guy, the download is somewhat borked... I can't get it past 29%, other downloads from mega work fine.
could you mayhaps upload it to another host?

Well, from a quick check, most stuff seems to be translated, but a few lines and buttons still aren't.
iirc the game was mentioned because it was the only thing they could mention explicitly. He had actual CSAM as well, and that's what gotten him arrested.

If MEGA gets stuck for you the only solution is to reload the page and click resume, if you have network that is less then 50 mb upload speed i don't recommend to use MEGA, If the file is more then 1gb on MEGA it force it to max the traffic and your connection gets interrupted and that is why you get stuck.
