If MEGA gets stuck for you the only solution is to reload the page and click resume, if you have network that is less then 50 mb upload speed i don't recommend to use MEGA, If the file is more then 1gb on MEGA it force it to max the traffic and your connection gets interrupted and that is why you get stuck.

that's why I said other downloads work fine.
I don't know what the issue was, but reloading, retrying or any of the other things didn't work
