If you've never played it, seriously just play the 3.0.22 version. Most people played the game before these updates and it's been feature complete for a while. 4.0 onwards is more like a remaster with new art and such. And old mods don't work.

However, if you need to play 4.06, heres the instructions:

1. Just download the from the front page.

2. Download this patch file. Put this patch file in the game folder next to the exe. Start the game and press the "apply patch button". Close the game.

3. Download the "TF_Fix.tpatch" file in this folder. Put this patch file in the game folder next to the exe. Start the game and press the "apply patch button".

Do i have to download TF from the two?

For you first question... just search the thread Bro...

A version of 3.0.19 has popped up called no scars, but it seems only partly translated and mostly censored.

Teaching Feeling v3.0.19 No Scars - Workupload

Edit - Fixed the dead link. Left the .sav files it came with in, if the game doesn't start and it's not the file address the settings (smaller .sav file in the main folder with the .exe) maybe be the reason and need deleting.

As it's gotten asked I've never seen a different or mod version of this, but image files are loose so could probably be manually switched with the updated 3.X game.

For the Second Question... No

The guide button is not translated in 4.0, so these are from 3.0 but they both should have the same requirements.

That was far older news.

He hates those people specifically because they keep pestering him with DMs asking for translations, which were never in his intention to make translations in the first place, not even English ones.
