did you try restarting it after the changes?
after looking the error in google it says the file cannot be opened, it's being scanned i guess or you don't have permissions stuff to open the file.

Dunno about anybody else here (cause I got lost somewhere in the thread with all the "malware" reports and all that) but I had absolutely no issues with the game at all. Installed normally, opened and played as expected using Locale Emulator, currently at level 4/MAX affection and jsut chillin at this point. What's all the bloody fuss? It's jsut another loli/incest game, no biggie.
