I got it running by using the japanese locale emulator run as admin, and i changed the compability of the game to windows 7

There's a lot of actual good loli games that i'd love to see them translated.
But a site dealing with lolis could provide them with some troubles~ not only you'll most likely get banned in countries where 2d loli content is illegal, but also get hate attacks on the site by people who believe killing villagers in minecraft makes you a real murderer.
