Basically the free people who play this game are genuinely fucked, and only people who are sub can play from now on, so he abandoned everyone that isnt a sub is basically what happened and doesnt give a fuck about anyone else, or until itch gets their shit right

I believe this is about the dev deciding to no longer provide updates on here themselves after an altercation occured. I get how it might feel unfair to people who didn't comment or take part in any of the negative behavior as they are now less likely to get the future updates or they will likely get them but perhaps with bigger delays since it'll be up to a generous soul or a lucky leak. But, we have to remember the dev is a human being and if being on here is bad for their mental well-being then they have every right to step away. They don't plan to interfere with future leaks on here nor do they hold nothing but blind animosity for users on this site. They just need to do what's best for them and by extension best for the game's development. And I say that fully wishing the dev did stay here as it's nice having this place be treated as part of the community that cares about this game.

I think it's more likely due to the constant complaints from those who dare, whining even though they didn't pay a cent for the work done by the developer. Constructive criticism is one thing, but here we are, as is too often the case, indirectly bothered by nerds with shiny foreheads and sticky hands who like to shit on the fan blades at full speed
Pirate site or not, Devs needs and deserve respect, here more than elsewhere
