When you posted that save, with that name I was convinced you'd done a playthrough where you'd made sure everyone hated you and every chance at any naughty action had been resolutely denied. So all our MC hero had going for him was to tug his dick/boat all by his lonesome.
It's what I would do.
(If I had had the heart to make a playthrough denying our lovely ladies, that is. Which I don't)

I can almost never be mean to video game characters. The only reason I don't go for a full harem play through is I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings later on. I just want them to be happy!

That's probably for the best, if you even look at any girl outside of the household at any time, you will get locked into the housefire ending with everyone you did care about except one dying horribly. Because dramatic reasons.
Alright, that was a piss-poor attempt at april's fool, and I'm no good at it.
Truth is, you won't be punished for being close with any combination of characters in LomL ever, and no-one will end up with hurt feelings. Plus there's some fun acknowledgements,jokes, and extra conversation options if you do go after the full set.
