imagine your typical game, but when exploring the dungeon/enemy base you solve traps a la minesweeper, but you get fkd and debuffed on certain tiles and you have to balance resources to proceed to the next room. and now it's a sugoroku when you and a rival character can control on which harrassment traps you fall into, then you get the treasure and you need to escape the dungeon. and now it's a stealth sequence or whatever. also, every single minigame should be able to be played one-handed.

I actually completely disagree. I think the full control should always be in the players' hands, otherwise virgin only runs are a fucking chore to do. And the "on loss" scenes should be rewarded on a win, that way you don't have to purposefully suck at the game to be rewarded. If I'm not mistaken, Remtairy did that in Melty's quest. a good game would make it hard or unintuitive to get no scenes as you go through the dungeon/puzzle. to avoid making you lose on purpose in order to get content (the struggle is part of the eros)
as an example, in karryn's case, unless you really know and optimize your run, you'll eventually get your defenses breached. you have control on protecting specific parts, but not fully, and if you take too long or you build the wrong stat you will lose.
any decent game will have good non-penetrative content to slowly corrupt the character until it falls (assuming your character isn't a turbo slut like in this one XD)
just check unholy maiden or something similar, where can't really avoid anything sexual for long without tryharding.
As I have said, the concept is solid, it's execution that's tricky. Everything sounds easy on paper. There's that game that does the exact same thing you imagined: AI art, DD gameplay. They are trying to do regular updates adding contents with new characters. The issue is the more you expand the core gameplay contents (different type of dungeons, monsters etc...) the more "contents" you have to make for existing and future characters. If you have 5 types of monsters that can generate "contents" and 5 characters, you are going to have 25 sprites. Every new monster with content would require minimum 5 sprites, and so on. Worse, Jessica's Curse by the same people who made Seeds of Chaos for instance have defeat art work, which means more monsters more work. They only have 4 characters to limit the amount of work, yet it ended up being so overwhelming having to add new art work while balancing the game, it eroded their interest and the project died. The most serious barrier in my opinion as I have said, is that you better off use the time and resources making art sprite for modded DD, which already have all the systems implemented and "contents" can just be slitted in. The main bottleneck for all of these games and projects have always been the visual art. you already have a decent turn based combat with different-from-the-norm skills that rely on positions, buffs/debuffs, etc...
you already have a good roguelike fairly easy to implement procedural dungeon structure.
you have basic base building that could easily be upgraded or customizable.
so with plethora of mechanics to engage, all you need is to put the H in the H-game.
-monsters with H attacks and debuffs, easy pissy.
-trap rooms, lemon squeezy
-ero facilities at camp for the party to de-stress
-relationship system between characters if they block/heal/buff/etc... with scenes at camp and with buffs in combat
the options are endless.
if i ever get fired from my job i'll get to code something like this, and AI can cover my 0 art skills i guess XD.
