I'm referring to the NTR Test image. I think I saw that shiny floor in a preview of one of the other "factions", maybe in some shady club.

A sect is "a group adhering to a distinctive doctrine or to a leader", sometimes religious.
Can be synonymous with "party" or a "faction".

In this "Surviving the Void" tab, where you talk about raids, bringing a girl with us, Vortex anomilies heavily contested, failing a raid having serious consequences for us and even our love interests...

Is that what I think it is?
Will there be "failure" scenes, LIs captured, etc... involving the LIs X Monsters?

Maybe even some sort of negotiations...?
(Be it a negotiation between monsters and MC, or a negotiation between monster and LI, without MC's knowledge)?
Like, "if you do this for us, we'll let you have what you want." / "If you do that, we'll let you free."

Or maybe the LI optionally offering herself to distract the monsters (buying off time for MC to do what he needs), even if there are other possible methods that they could use instead, like going around the monsters?
Maybe it's something that her, or the MC, or both, secretly want, but won't admit (depending on Player's choices).

Or something like a Merchant Monster, similar to Resident Evil 4, who might offer a discount or free items/resources in exchange for something only the LI can offer him...?

What can we expect related to those topics?
Consider me interested either way...

no monster sex And yeah the main goal is to keep adding mechanics to the main mechanic of the game. At first it might be shallow but we will see how we will deal with the coding and everything. Dont want to add to much stuff and have a buggy game

Thanks for the answer. You weren't very clear, so if it's not a secret: You can turn it off at the beginning of the game, and then it never happens... Or can you just turn off the option that we don't see it, but it happens?

Well npc will have sex either way. You can find him having sex with different girls that MC has zero connection. But my goal is to make it a gameplay where you have to do thigns right to not loose them or get them corrupted. NTR toggle feels cheap
