Throbzombie posted the changelog but the not the post itself. Here it goes.
In short; She got sick again and that hindered the progress she wanted to make, meaning the version we got now still has placeholders in it. The "mini update" that is supposed to contain the rest of the content will be posted whenever she feels better, which could be another week or longer from now.

Is it possible to enter Elis? I can see there's a full map for both the outside area and every building but I have no idea how to get there.

As long as the money keeps flowing into her Subscribestar, Inno won't give a shit about what the masses really want.So we get no actual story progress, but we get armpit sex... okay.
Like.. armpit sex? really? I mean, I'm all for variety - it being the spice of life and all - but are the masses actually asking for armpit sex as a priority?
If she did, then we would have already gotten to Update 4.1.0 last December.
I've got to the become a demon option, are the side effects of doing so negative storywise? I was hoping to become one but it seems to be a bad idea as what is said in the story it would alienate certain characters from each other. (oh btw I know about the 100 corruption, I was fine with that, just asking about the impact on story and character relations)
So i tried out this game after reading alot of comments about control and roleplay ability, only to find out that was a
flat out lie.
Why can't i disable BJ's, Paizuri, sub\dom ratios likes and dislikes, npc actions.
The only thing that can be changed is gender, pronouns and disabling standard sexual interactions. [Eg Vaginal, anal]
Armpit sex could be disabled but even enabled no npc in a pool of 10 even tried.
Urethral play is non existent.
It's so rigid its crazy to even think that would have a wide appeal.
I'm convinced the customization that commenters talk about is gender pronouns.
because other than that this game is objectively trash.
If this game appeals to you fine but i cannot see even 1 feature barring gender pronouns that other games does better
and by a huge margin.
To be fair no porn game currently or previously realised allows you to customise sexual actions....
Well i mean Skyrim isn't a porn game but the option is their if you know what your doing.

I last did that a few versions ago. but what I remember is your aunt is miffed about it. and there is a scene about it when you first show up. But I don't remember it having any major route closing effects
Dude. Save the game. Then try it out.
Look, it's fine. Like the vast majority of transformations in the game, most NPCs won't even comment.
Unlike most of the transformations in the game, this one unlocks some extra story.

yeah being a demon gives you I'm a full demon don't F with me or other similar options for a lot of encounters

There aren't any major story forks that are caused by you becoming a demon at the present moment, though afaik there is support for it. Whether or not it'll be realized in the main story remains to be seen.
I still feel like the incest fetish is underdone. Like using talk functions in sex never mentions relations and requests don't mention it either, only when requesting pullout or creampie does it do so. So it's almost as if the fetish doesn't exist.
