When you are on the map and nothing happens right now just type buggy and you can play with it.
Make sure to use a seperate save. If you overdo it you can make your save more unstable than the nuclear reactor in chernobyl.
You can also TF into slime, then since you're slime you can change your body in any way, change it to angelic parts. Then enchant potion that made you slime so that it turn your body in flesh again, then you'll be Angel or even Greater Angel.
For now it's legit way to be Angel. It definitely will change in future but who knows when.

Is there currently an in-game way to become a demon or a half-demon? I know you can do it through the debug menu, but I don't want to do it if it breaks the story/game.
You can become full demon if you advanced main quest enough. Just go to Lyssieth.

With the inclusion of pegasus-morphs the horse transformation item can be used to add wings. And as always if you turn into a slime you can add wings and then use and enchanted slime potion to turn back to flesh.How can I grow wings? I know you can craft potions to grow bodyparts, but everytime I try to make a potion for the wings of a bat-morph there is only the size option.
The horse-morph item will also allow the switch from bipedal to four-legs.

How do you level up elementals properly? I know they bind to your level, but their arcane and physique don't seem to go up.
Also, is there a way to change their name?

I'm using Vista and it works perfectly fine, but it can take several minutes to start up, once took 15 minutes for me.
Did you use the exe? I'm seeing that Java starts in the programs administrator but then just stops.
You can give them perks in their perk-list that boost stats, but their base-stats do seem pretty low.
Personally, I gave her a bunch of jewellery with stat-boost enchantments. Didn't want to actually clothe her since she has the exhibitionist trait, but you can still get away with a lot.
An open robe, socks, shoes, bangles, hat. I dunno if she can take piercings or tattoos.
