Like Blinky said, the hypnowatch from Arthur's sidequest. It can also alter speech patterns.
There is also Options > Gender Pronouns. At the bottom is the option for androgynous body presentation. The 'clothing' options can override gender preferences if you just need a little nudge one way or the other. Swap the narrow jeweled ring for the chunky one and watch the magic happen.
Inside her community, Inno is just a nervous widdle bean who can do no wrong. Outside, she is a notorious slacker who uses her own guilt about lack of progress to excuse a lack of progress and soak up crowdfunding. Whether her guilt is genuine or not is up to you, but the end result looks the same.

Supported content mods can be installed by extracting their zip contents into res/mods, for a structure of (game install location)/res/mods/(mod maker name)/(whatever subfolders). Only a select few types of mods, specifically those that add races and items in the form of .xml/svg files, are natively supported by doing this. Any more in-depth modding that affects the game's code is essentially a separate version of the game entirely.

I have to warn you, any modding of this game has a chance to severely fuck up not just your save but even basic game functions. Even clothing is only sort of safe to add.
Ya know, I never really thought about it, but having dildos in the game and not being able to actually masturbate with them, or use them on others is kinda silly.

For me it's like a bad drug. You quit for a while, but the desire to relive those initial moments where this game brought joy bring me back. We'll be here if that happens, but until then...
