chat I need some help

been playing this game for god knows how long, but fuck it
how do you ACTUALLY turn your slaves feral?
As far as I know this is how you make someone a feral in the game:
Enchant a TF potion to give the character in question a quadruped lower body and have them drink it. After that when you look at their character it should have phrases like 'feral horse pussy' or 'feral dog ass'.


The game doesn't have any mechanism that goes 'poof, you're a talking horse', or 'zap, they are now a sentient alligator', what you get is a Taur creature with the word feral attached to body part description.

I stumbled across a mod that actually changes the character data from humanoid to 'Feral' and it blocks out a lot of your equipment slots, but it does make you more 'feral' than the Inno idea of feral. When you install the mod, sleep for a day (for vendor stock to refresh) and I think it is sold by Ralph.

this is for characters with a humanoid torsos but with -taur like lower bodies horse -taur is a centaur, rat cat dog wolf -taurs are called rattaur, cattaur, dogtaur, wolftaur and so on
actually changes the character data from humanoid to 'Feral'
Innoxia partially-implemented sentient full ferals (just enough for her to make a few NPCs fully feral bodied) somewhere around v0.4.3-v0.4.8, but never added player usable TFs (not even in debug menu i believe) as far as i know

I think you might have skipped over this part of my reply.

I am aware that what I described was a centaur or a rat-taur, or a dog-taur, what I was trying to convey to the other poster was the fact that the only 'feral-ness' currently in the game is the addition of a prefix to descriptions of some body parts and that it is for quadruped (taur) characters.

If I didn't explain it well enough, okay. My mistake.

I agree that Inno's implementation was half assed.
From looking at that mod that I posted, all it does is to change the body type to feral and then the Inno code buried in the game acts on it and applies the bits and pieces that were implemented.

i was just mentioning how inno added ferals only enough to implement a few NPCs (i believe there's a full feral fox prostitute (fox as in between the size of a real life house cat and a dog, with the mind of a human) in the Red Sword in Ellis), then got distracted by adding PR merges from her unpaid interns github contributors, new random colors, and subspecies.

and saying there is not legit way as is in unmodded game to get full ferals and the feral mods that do exist only do so by acting on the half-finished skeleton framework of code inno hobbled together to implement said feral NPCs. as far as i know the code as it exist isn't really meant to be used that way/or hasn't been fully implemented

does anyone actually enjoy the combat of this game? it happens so often that now I just use the grenade launcher so that it takes as few click as possible to end a fight

For a while I actually did like the combat in this game, but the complete lack of variation in the enemies has steered me to just cranking out a soldier build with martial arts. It has the same results as your grenade launcher, it just takes a little longer to get there.

I tried the Lillith difficulty once and it was even more boring than normal. You are pretty much forced into an OP min/max build and your character levels up so damn fast that I had reached level 50 before I even left Dominion.

No. All these magic spells, and the only ones worth a damn are the elementals; and even then you just pick one. The godawful crit system actively discourages any sort of variety in combat, and rewards mindless one move spam. Also removing non-summon party members from development forever means you can't even create a secondary support-type character to use all those utility/buff/debuff type spells. Just punch x3 until you win the game.

There is one particular time when comboing multiple types of spells works well, and that's using both flash and the ice one. With the right upgrades you can permastun enemies by bringing their AP to 0.

On Loliphiles moded version is there a way to make npcs be normal/bigger sized while also having their age affect their growth? For example got a cboy age 33 reindeer at 1.74 m in book it says for females 1.8 m and males 1.9 m size. This is not the only instance and I'm not sure if this is how its suppose to work or not since I like my npcs to have age appropriate hight.

Just like real life, not everyone is going to be the same height, even when fully grown. The age listed in the codex entry is just an average.
