Unfortunately not. Hopefully it will soon so that we can continue a bit of story or own property. I think they were trying to finish all of 4.0 before realizing how much the promised and have been forced to hold off releasing it.

I haven't seen any way to force a specific one to the player, although you might do some hackjob hijinks if you to Options > Gender Pronouns in the menu. It would affect everyone though and not just the player.

That was a hotfix posted a long time ago in the discord. It was meant to fix some issues with race modding.
And to answer your questions, yes there are a few mods. I even created a race mod to have nagas in the game

At least they figured out that it is not always the best thing to listen to the whole community. If you take the group combat/sex for example where she decided that this is out of their scope and will just drag down progress. And some parts of the community were enraged.
Compared to many other devs, Inno shows dedication and I have a feeling that there is a learning curve. I also really like that LT is basically an open source project.
This is something Accidental Woman is doing. Doing a framework with little content and then focus primarily on the engine and then moving on to more content. But also people were like "Ehh, were is the content? Almost a year in development and nothing to show. Mneh" People are always hard to satisfy.
The current plans says to have a preview ready on Wednesday and a more polished one next week. It will come when it comes.

there is one mod but it contains content that is not allowed on F95. From that mod developers standpoint Inno's code is absolute spaghetti probably done on purpose to dissuade mods of the game. but the small story that is in that other mod is pretty nice. same with the gear. Inno unfortunately will never unspaghetti the code. She needs to hire like 3-4 main coders to just rework the game but they wont. I know how these go.

Has anyone ever figured out how to run the jar? There seems to be some configuration error in it as java can never find any classes. The exe works fine for me but I wanted to do some modding.

I wish she would at least release a unfinished versions of zones, quests, items, and so on. Even if it's buggy, I just want to go somewhere new and do something else. We've been stuck in the same area since the release. Show me what that fox village has and things I might encounter there. Give me a unfinished quest that I can do there. Let me meet new vendors and other npcs. I don't care if they don't have complete dialogue. I'm just so tired of being in the same area.

Pump your femininity up to Androgynous or Girly. You'll be classified as a trap and always be referred to as "she" even if you have a dick and a flat chest, and you may pass as a girl to most NPCs unless your balls and cock sizes are enough for the bulge to show, but they'll use feminine pronouns even after they see your genitals. Not that the protagonist's pronouns often come up in the game anyway, thankfully.
Edit: ah, whoops, I misread. Then I guess you could go to the lowest tier of masculinity, get long hair, widen your hips, increase your butt size, chest (maybe just to AAA training cup), nipples, lips, wear makeup, get the crossdresser fetish to avoid the penalty of wearing clothes of the other sex.
