I have this funny feeling that time complexity wasn't really considered during early development lol
It's just really badly written. Like, bad fanfiction levels of writing. And it throws out most player agency and interaction in favor of a very forced narrative.
Basically everything involving Nyan's mom is just bad.
There's probably a couple things for you to do then. Both romance quests, all of DSG's stuff, and axel's quest.
Dude, it's taken more than a year to add a single new area. And you want her to add a new area AND make it work with all existing slave content? Good luck.
Yeah it was impressive. The error log has gotten larger than that more than once, but that's the cap I'm going to hit on this PC for memory.

Courtesy of some discord perusing, player shop, property and slavery are likely canceled until further notice.
They might possibly maybe in theory be added after the definitive 1.0 version drops (lmao), but don't expect that sort of content unless modders man the helm.

.06 was just released with a major bug fix, the missing people on tiles bugs and whatnot.
If you just want a new interior space, you can add that yourself as a mod. Worldmaps can be added via XML.
But they won't actually function as a home location with the full slave sim and all that.
What's the point in adding in moddable property to buy that isn't functional in any way?
Don't ask me, the poster I responded to claimed it would be easy to add new properties. I quote: " all you really need is to create a new enterable zone that is locked behind a key you buy "

Mate, no one would be here if there wasn't the foundation for a great game here. Credit where credit is due and criticism where criticism is due, the lack of transparency and constant lying/broken promises has tainted the good faith this game once had for a lot of people. A couple mishaps isn't much reason to lose faith in a creator. Five to six month's worth straight is a whole 'nother story.
As for the current fashion of development that the game is experiencing, calling the current dev cycle "good" is like saying someone had a pleasant walk after watching them falling down a flight of stairs face first.
I mean, the entire version 0.4.0 and the promised contents turned out to be straight up a lie. Hell, even internally in the game's comments and to-do lists it wasn't even listed as version 0.4.0.
The entire thing was a cash grab.
Oh, and every time she said she was working on something specific, only to not touch it for months. Like, say, the encounters she talked about in today's update where she was supposedly working on them back in like, February and they're not started because she was doing something completely different. Or when she said she would stop working on side content. Or when she said she'd stop doing systems updates until after the fields content was released. Or a ton of other shit, from big to little.
And then there's all the shit in the game. There's still shit all over the game that says like "feature coming in v0.4.0" which is honestly just laughable. Most of which was confirmed to be completely scrapped for the time being, even though the messages are still in game. I guess she didn't take notes lol
Oh, and lets not forget the blog comments. The damn coward. But I guess I wouldn't want people calling me out on my bullshit publicly either. 500 to 900+ comments on every update laughing at you for being completely incapable of even meeting blog update deadlines was probably a bad look.
But she said she was going to turn them on with v0.4.0. And then, said she'd turn them on with v0.4.0.5.
But she didn't.
So that's a lie.
