No. All these magic spells, and the only ones worth a damn are the elementals; and even then you just pick one. The godawful crit system actively discourages any sort of variety in combat, and rewards mindless one move spam. Also removing non-summon party members from development forever means you can't even create a secondary support-type character to use all those utility/buff/debuff type spells. Just punch x3 until you win the game.

There is one particular time when comboing multiple types of spells works well, and that's using both flash and the ice one. With the right upgrades you can permastun enemies by bringing their AP to 0.

On Loliphiles moded version is there a way to make npcs be normal/bigger sized while also having their age affect their growth? For example got a cboy age 33 reindeer at 1.74 m in book it says for females 1.8 m and males 1.9 m size. This is not the only instance and I'm not sure if this is how its suppose to work or not since I like my npcs to have age appropriate hight.

Just like real life, not everyone is going to be the same height, even when fully grown. The age listed in the codex entry is just an average.

i was just mentioning how inno added ferals only enough to implement a few NPCs (i believe there's a full feral fox prostitute (fox as in between the size of a real life house cat and a dog, with the mind of a human) in the Red Sword in Ellis), then got distracted by adding PR merges from her unpaid interns github contributors, new random colors, and subspecies.

and saying there is not legit way as is in unmodded game to get full ferals and the feral mods that do exist only do so by acting on the half-finished skeleton framework of code inno hobbled together to implement said feral NPCs. as far as i know the code as it exist isn't really meant to be used that way/or hasn't been fully implemented

There is a work around to at least let you play a feral in the unmodded game. Reach either of the two feral sex scenes in the game and while your character is feral in one of those scenes click the export character button under the event log window. You can then use the exported character file to start a new file with the feral character. You will be either a horse or cow depending on which scene you exported from, but you can change to any other available animal with potions. In versions prior to 0.4.10.6 you could get pregnant while feral and the children would also be feral, but in 0.4.10.6 feral pregnancies were disabled pending some fix, probably said feral children.

I keep forgetting and rediscovering that making demonic half-breeds transform away their wings cannot be reversed without a TF potion, and I only know that the TF potion works because I only just tried it.

The aged height settings are based on real world heights taken from the World Health Organization, there is a setting (I believe in body modding) that offsets or multiplies the height based on racial differences declared by the game, IE if an 18yo human is 5'9" (175cm) and the race in question is instead a horse-man then it would apply a 1.2x mulitplier making it go from 175cm to (175 * 1.2) = 210cm tall

Followed this game for along time, really enjoyed the roleplay and building an army of slaves to tend the mansion was a great idea but it seems now I can't play more then 10 minutes before it sieves up and nothing responds. hit f5 to save and it says i can't and can no longer advance. Is there a fix for this playing it on an I9 processor and from an ssd so figured it would work but nothing.

Do you have any old mods installed?
That is one thing that I have seen that will cause the game to freeze up like that.
Pretty much any mod that is more than 1 or 2 years old might not work any more. I can't remember the names, but I had one or two mods that were doing things like that to me, when I played.

Other than that the only things I can suggest are the usual suspects: corrupt save, corrupt game files, or Java issue.
Try a new game and try downloading the game again from another source than your normal ones. If you are using the JAR version, try running the EXE version if you can, it has the needed version of Java built into it.

You can also try my version, just make sure to pay a visit to Mod Options before starting a new game, since the default minimum age isn't friendly to most folks here.

My version has significant performance improvements and multiple bug fixes that are still pending on official.

Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

You can give that modded version that Loliphile mentioned a try, if you are feeling brave. Just be aware that it does have little girls and boys in it, BUT, if you tweak the settings for things like minimum age and 'growing up' options, it plays exactly the same as the OG version here.

Content that I find objectionable aside, your version apparently fixes whatever scaling issue I've been having that makes the buttons and UI super small even on a fresh install of vanilla, so you're awesome for that alone. Not to mention the performance optimizations. Glad I randomly checked this thread and found this

If you go to BUGGY menu, then parser, you can input [#pc.setFeral(SUBSPECIES_FOX_MORPH)] to turn your character into a feral fox.
Replace pc with whatever parser target you want (npc, for example, will refer to the first NPC that's on the same tile as you)
and FOX_MORPH with the name of whatever species you want the character to be (some don't have feral forms, like Humans)
(you can find list of all subspecies in /src/com/lilithsthrone/game/character/race/AbstractSubspecies.java)

afaik that's the only (technically) non-modded way of turning a character feral, excluding that one milking quest
