You can remove your kids once they're born. That would help with the lag, if you don't want to stop having fun.

Other options include condoms, sterility pills, or the sterility perk.

I think i have seen enforcers use the gun. so that's probably why.

i mean the "universe" is based in the UK so probably guns are more controlled then here in America.

Don't want to boot up the game to check but there is usually some option (in red I think) to scare or shoo an NPC with the note you will never encounter them again, I think for children you've enslaved you can sell them at market and guests you probably have some kind of option to tell them to move out far away.

You can find the ones that you fathered (or "fathered") using the Offspring Map, available from City Hall.

You can just build up a slave's affection for you over the course of a few days. Even if they truly hate you at first, it doesn't take that long to get them to like you.

Effectively never, the largest patrons aren't interested in it and we are still years behind on content promised to them.
