It depends on which parts of this game you like.
But games like Degrees of Lewdity, Trials in Tainted Space, or Course of Temptation can have a similar feeling depending on how you play them.

Man, Inno's complete inability to just throw out *something* in a patch. Its kind of sad and hilarious how consistently terrible she is at it.

It's possible to enslave prostitutes and the npc's who spawn on the map? was trying to find a way to do that but don't found.

Yes, you'll need to defeat them in combat, and then go to their inventory and equip them with an item that's enchanted to enslave the wearer. The purchasable slave collars at the administration tile in Slaver Alley will have this enchantment by default.

You enchant a TF potion to add a penis or you could enchant a piece of gear that grows a penis on a character.
If you have ever fought anyone or had sex with anyone, you should have gotten a quest to talk to Lilaya about enchantments and essences. Once you have spoken to her about it, you can now enchant potions and gear.
There are drinks and food in the game, the drinks will (usually) not transform you and you cannot enchant them to transform you. Food can transform you and you can enchant food to transform specific parts ... such as giving your female character a dick.
If you want a horse dick (come on, every one loves the horse dick), you need to enchant the horse food item (i can't remember the name) and select the option to add a horse penis. If you want a penis of any other species, you need to enchant the food item for that race and then consume it once you have crafted the potion.
Weren't you able to lift and carry people during sex if you were big enough? Or am I misremembering.

It's been suggested repeatedly since at least 2017. It never got added and nobody mods in sex positions. A shame too. Just imagine going all
while kissing your partner's forehead and calling them a good girl/boy.Cheat mode.
Those items were removed from the game a while ago and no longer drop in the game. It was replaced by an item named Angel's Nectar and you can purchase Angel's Nectar from Ralph, find it as random loot on defeated enemies, and rarely as a 'drop' item found in the alleys.
If you are desperate to have an Angel's Tears, after you have loaded a character in the game, just type the word BUGGY and it would bring up a debug/cheat menu and one of those buttons is a SPAWN button where you can spawn any item, just don't forget to pick it up off the floor before you move your character or it will disappear.
Isn't "Angel's Tears" what you get after you enchant Angel's Nectar? And it decreases your corruption or something?
Haven't played in a bit so I might be wrong, but... I think that's what it is. Something along those lines, anyways.
