Other than the "Pure Virgin/Broken Virgin" perk and the stats it gives (and I'm not even sure if it works if you don't have a pussy), there is absolutely no change to gameplay. There is zero difference in the story or any of the quests. It only affects the descriptions of your body and sex scenes. To the best of my knowledge there is not even any flavour text or actual dialogues taking it into account.

So outside of the perk and roleplay, there is nothing special for a pure playthrough.

Only works if you have a pussy, I think it only checks if you have vaginal virginity as well. I know it was said there will be content added for this, but no sight of it in the what is it number of years now?

I PM'd him a few days ago about this issue and he said he's looking into it.

Another issue (don't know if it's the mod or game in general) is my slaves' heights keep getting reset. I've got a 9'5 Angel who keeps resetting to 5'7 between and 6'0. Even my horse and cow slaves go from 6'5 - 7 feet to 5.

Yes, 'Flag Imported Characters' is enabled, I also have 'Exclude Shapeshifters From Body Tweaking' enabled too.

Even with that, my imported slaves with extreme heights (9ft+) are getting reset after a while.

I don't believe anyone has made such a thing, I know a lot of stock races now have images via a mod if I recall. I don't recall if that mod used AI for anything or the like. No paper doll graphically last I checked unless a mod I never saw exists.

Feels like the best choice I've made in my second playthrough so far is making a majority of the random spawning NPCs prefer the opposite gender to that you play. The gay guy run with an entirely male-loving world got old after a while when every single mugger was a booty warrior. Would love if a configurable percentage of muggers regardless of gender preference had the non-attracted mugging text and outcome instead.

Credit where credits due this game does have some pretty amusing dialogue.

Side note, would I be screwed out of restoring harpy features like the arm wings and legs if I become a demon?

Haven't tried it, but AFAIK demons can transform freely. You could try it first by capturing a demon slave (they can be found in the special colored tiles in Dominion backstreets) and transforming them from their dialogue.

The way it's set up right now, when the MC becomes a demon they can initially only use human transformations thanks to absorbing some of Lyssieth's Elder Lilin essence. The plan, according to Inno, is that each Elder Lilin the player defeats will add more options for the demon transformations. But since the main plot has been stalled for ages, Inno added an option under the cheat menu.

Go to any empty square and type "buggy", without the quotes. Under the Misc. tab, scroll to the second page and you should see seven options that toggle each Elder Lilin's transformations on or off.

For threesome sexscenes, you visit an NPC that is not your follower while having another NPC as follower.
So for example if you play as a female character and have 2 Incubus NPC at your home (as friends or slaves), tell one to follow you, visit the other one and tell them to spitroast you, if you are into things like that. There are a lot of positions for 3 characters, some are more hillarious than erotic. (do not forget to activate silly mode in the options)

For something totally different, since i like Stjepan Sejic as comic artist a lot and his new planned comic "Fine Print" is about succubus and incubus characters.
I tend to imagine the scenes with demons in Lilith Throne like that, which make them far more funny, especially while playing a female character (like the main character of the comic).

Sounds like enchantment instability. Maybe you had that option turned off and the update toggled it back on?

You just need to put 4 slaves into one room, then you can have sex with those four in any combination you want, including running a gangbang on one of them.

Are you sure? I just tried it and it lowered lust to the resting level, just like the description states.

Angel's tears works perfectly fine for me in the current hotfix version, so, either you have some special mod running or you are unaware of how Angel's Tears works.

Angel's Tears reduces your current Lust to your Resting Lust value. It does not permanently remove Lust, nor does it remove/lower Resting Lust values.

My character has a Resting Lust value of 35. (60 corruption + marked by musk) I edited my save file to set their Current Lust to 89.
Started the game, loaded said character, spawned an Angel's Tears, consumed said bottle of Angel's Tears, and my Lust bar dropped from to 89 to .... 35!
Which is exactly how Angel's Tears is supposed to work.

Resting Lust value = Corruption/2 + bonuses.

Let me guess: You are running around as a Demon while wearing enough gear to trigger the Latex Lover bonus. So, you would have a minimum resting lust value of 75. (+50 for 100 corruption and +25 for the latex lover bonus)
If your character is constantly hovering at 75-80 lust and consuming Angel's Tears does NOT remove any lust, it is because the item is working as intended.
