EDIT: They took down moohoo's screenshot of Innoxia's post, regarding their viewership of this thread. I don't see how a direct screenshot of the Developer themselves in regards to this thread is also off-topic. None of this is making sense.

I know who to look at if mine gets purged for off topic, then. I stayed as on topic as possible, which is what the rules say since the enforcement is so vague that nobody has any clear idea of what is or isn't off topic unless it is blatantly so.
Oh boy, I wonder how much was actually Inno fixing it and how much was GitHub.

Well, there was more content added, because that's what a hotfix is apparently. You know, at this point I think Inno should just outsource development entirely to the community. Then we might actually see 0.4 within our expected lifespans.

there are better ways to address your grievances, insulting the mods is completely pointless and causes issues for everyone else.
Is the EXE for 0.3.19 still tripping warnings for crypto? I don't feel like strangling java into submission in order for the game to work.

I do, and it's updated far more often than any of the other projects I've donated to.
Book of lust has a completely schizophrenic update schedule, sometimes he updates monthly, sometimes he releases like 3 updates a week apart. Breeders of the Nephylm, I don't even know what he's doing right now but for the last 3 months he was adding weird gate quests, which was content but not really why I play the game. There's strive for power which updates so rarely I should honestly drop them but I continue donating if only because I think it has potential. Lust Doll probably has the best update schedule but BDSM fetishists basically have the vote rigged at this point which is not one of my favorite fetishes so I'm considering dropping that. Matchmakers inc really is the only one that I think has the best work ethic but it also has like zero depth.
The western H-game industry is just a mess. That's really the reason I still donate, its closest to my ideal game and looking at the development of other H-games, inno is not even near the worst, or even bad, compared to her competition.
I noticed this while looking through the hotfix:
- The 'Dispel elemental' action now works correctly for companions.

We all well know what "content" was in all the "updates" for nearly two years now, clothing items and reworks of already existing quests. Besides, all you said about other games i can say about liliths throne.
Oh, yeah, I definitely don't expect to see them in the wild any time soon. But having the tail-legs actually functioning and being able to make your own snake-morph-naga-whatevers was enough to make me bother.
I'm mildly interested in some of the newer additions but I'm definitely going to wait on official public release for those.

Did they ever fix the bug that prevented Deer-morphs from spawning? I noticed it through some testing that even if you force Deer-morphs to be the only morph that can spawn it forces only humans
I'm just used to the Google method of dropping support (completely abandoning things).

reworks of already existing quests that were added by the previous updates? This update was nyan quest, before that was the 3 months of race rework. but then there was rat warrens, Natalya, Scarlett, Helena. Her problem isn't lack of updates, it's that she spent a year adding side romances instead of the next area.
there aren't deer morphs unless you mean reindeer morphs in which case yes, I am 99% certain she fixed the human bug but let me double-check
EDIT: yes, they spawn in fine

Moohoo says that one of the mods here is a discord mod for Lilith's Throne's discord server if I'm not wrong. So if that is true that explains the deletion of posts (including mine) which is relevant to the update. But okay I'm not gonna press any buttons as its none of my concern at this point. I'll move on from this game to others.

It wouldn't be Inno. All source code is up on git and buildable so anyone can put anything in it. And Inno has vowed elves never, but since race modding is plumbed out now someone will mod it in.
