To be honest, hand holding has existed in the game for a long time now. If you sneak into your aunt's room to sniff her panties and get caught by Rose, you trigger said scene. I'm not sure if there's others but Nyan would be the next logical candidate, given the whole "wholesome" theme surrounding her.
Hand-holding is basically a meme in porn games, known as one of the "LewDEsT and moSt DEprAvED aCts imAginABle". I just hope she doesn't turn it into an actual fetish, with all the mechanics and what not... (Inb4 it gets added under Silly Mode.)

Not sure what exactly you mean here but if you only want to meet specific kids of yours, then go buy the offspring map at the city hall and you can just straight up pick the ones to spawn.
